It has been just over a year since I purchased my home with Corey’s help. I wanted to wait before writing a testimonial to be completely objective about what I wanted to say. I interviewed several realtors prior to starting the home buying process (I’m a thorough, detail oriented type of guy so this was a must for me), and I picked Corey. Why? Well in no particular order:
1. He’s on Ebby’s #1 Team, and I wanted the best team working with me.
2. He was willing to answer every question I had and it was clear to me that he would help me through the process to get exactly what I wanted versus swaying me towards something else just to make a sell.
3. I have a good sense about people after a conversation, and I felt that Corey was a professional upstanding guy.
4. He doesn’t know it, but I was debating between him and another guy. I checked Facebook to see if they were on it and what was on their pages. Corey was clearly family oriented and upstanding as I suspected. The other guy had some very questionable pictures. I chose Corey to represent me.
Overall, I was very pleased to work with Corey. I’m sure he works with many clients at the same time, but he was always extremely responsive to me throughout the home buying process. This was my first home purchase, so he also helped to explain what was going on at every point in the process. I whole heartedly felt that Corey was working for me and my interest. I bought my home on December 31, 2008, and even today, I couldn’t be happier about the home that I bought with Corey’s help. I have no regrets about the home or my choice of realtor; not even a second guess. As part of the Ebby team, I also had a chance to work with Corey’s dad during this process, and he’s a great guy as well. Additionally, the team assistants were always very professional and helpful as well.
When it comes time for me to sell this home and buy a new home, I will definitely be contacting Corey again. You can’t go wrong with #1.

She is very straight – never did I feel like she was trying to “sell” me on something I didn’t want. She’s extremely well organized, the very definition of professionalism and a joy to work with.
